Once upon a time not so long ago Tommy used to work on the docks hehe

OK so it was long ago

My fond memories are going on vacation with Maw Maw, Paw Paw, Rob and Rock
thump thump thump thump (the fat tires on the cadillac) going to Branson staying at the same hotel every time, getting lost every time (Jack wake up), stopping at Coursey's for that awesome ham and smoked cheese, Robbie and Rocky saying when we get to the hotel tell Paw Paw you want to go swimming, the horrible buzz and crackle of the CB, actually getting to know the owners of the hotel and the singers in the shows it was crazy fun. I remember sleeping up in the back window of the car, who needs seat belts when you're driving in the mountains while sleeping? Somehow we survived and then Kasey started going and trying to set me up with every guy in Branson that was my age or close to it, but would Paw Paw let me go anywhere with them no!!! I can however go with the bass singer for the Texans who was like moms age, I didn't really understand that one but it is the Paw Paw we all know and love. hehe It really is some wonderful memories. I remember shopping at all the little shops and picking out lovely turtles for mom (I'm sure she really appreciated the thousands of turtles) but she acted like they were the best things in the world (sorry mom) . The smell of iron on t-shirts still make me think of the stores in Branson, it has changed so much, but the memories of it still make me love to go there. Now my children love to go and Maw Maw and Paw Paw are making it special to them too. We had so much fun last year on the trip (the McDonalds is over there PawPaw) we laughed alot and it was great to spend time with Ash and Shel. I don't know if we will get to go again like that but I think it should become a new thing for our family we should all try and get together and go if only for a cople of days. I know it is not really everybody's idea of a great time but the memories we bring with us make it worth the trip.

Anyway I have rambeled (sp ck Ash) on enough I will post again at some random time with some random thought.

Ok 2 in one day but I have a question

I was posting a comment and I saw the little handicap wheelchair guy next to the fill in the space with what you see thing and I am confused if you are handicapped do you not have to fill in that space cause if so I feel a wheelchair in my very near future.???!!! I don't know why but I really don't like those things, what are they for anyway??? Does anybody (Kasey) know?

Ok so my titles will prolly never have anything to do with the actual blog but if you know me they will make you laugh. Kasey was telling me that our whole family is becoming blogging idiots, so I said I want one too. So here it goes I am Gretchen. Now you know. I told Kase I prolly will not be very good at this, I am not a writer, but she said I would have lots to blog once I got used to it so we will see. So far I think I am going to put myself to sleep so it should be very interesting for everyone else :/ Anyway I have 3 wonderfully active children that keep me very busy but I am blessed to have them. Ok so I woke up (that is for Kase) hehe. I have tons of stories not all about MawMaw and Aunt Sis but more like my mother and Rob. Is nothing safe here? We are all going to do the whole tell all on each other hehe. Ok so I guess I am done this is alot of typing so here is my great first post. I know it is rivoting I will try to not be so good next time so you all dont get a complex and not want to blog with me anymore. love you all! TTFN
